Do Your Best Every Day
Make a conscious decision to do your best in everything and you will you attempt that will help you to reach the heights of success. As the old saying goes:
How You Do Anything Is How You Do Everything
Always do more than you’re supposed to do. Do a little more than average and from that point on your progress will multiply itself out of all proportion according to the effort you put in. Just do a little more each day than you think you can do. There is always a best way of doing things to get the job done. Think about it before you do it. Strategize. True success comes from being successful in the little things.
Your Attitude Matters
You can respond positively or negatively to any situation. Your attitude is not determined by circumstances, but by how you respond to your circumstances. Any challenge facing you is not as important as your attitude towards it. It’s how you react to challenges and events that determines your attitude.
There is a good side to every situation.
View your problems as opportunities. You cannot have success without any failures. Any experience can be transformed into something of value. Everything depends on the way you look at things. What are stumbling blocks and defeat before they can be stepping stones to victory if you remain determined. In every adversity lies the seed of advancement, growth and success. In every defeat there is a lesson showing you how to win the next time.
The glass is half full.
YOU CAN RISE ABOVE REALITY
Courage is the power to face your difficulties. It comes from the reserves of your mind that are more powerful then any of your outside circumstances. When you recognize that you are bigger than your problems, you gain the courage necessary to overcome anything. Your obstacles will look large or small to you, depending if the glass is half full or half empty.
Courage gives you the ability to rise above reality.
You can decide to be bigger than your problem and overcome them.
It’s time to silence that voice inside your head that says you’re not good enough.
It’s time to start making positive, healthy choices and focus on the things we can change instead of the things we can’t. Most women hate some part of their bodies, but there’s nothing you can do about it, so own it, be proud of it. Dress in a way that hides your imperfections, but be proud of who you are and know that you are not alone.
It’s time for a change, it’s time to Own It*.
Did you know that 97% of women have at least one “I hate my body” moment every day?

Create a Visual Vision Like a King!
You’ve heard Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s incredible I Have a Dream speech (or, at least, part of it).
What’s amazing is that 250,000 people from across the country descended on the Mall in Washington, D.C., on August 28, 1963, to hear Dr. King deliver that historic speech. There was no World Wide Web to check the date or social media blasts to rally the crowd, yet 250,000 showed up at the right place and the right time. How is that possible?
They walked, took the bus, or drove to Washington D.C. because they believed what Dr. King believed. They made the trek because Dr. King painted a vision of an America that was far better than what it was like in 1963 and one that they individually believed in.
Visions Must Have Substance
You see, a vision is an image in your mind of a world that does not yet exist. In order for the vision to be strong enough to overcome adversity, it must contain tangible results of what the world would look like if you spent your time in pursuit of your purpose…
