What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is an ancient natural, holistic healing art that deals with pressure points or "reflex points" in the feet. These points in the feet are connected to different organs and glands throughout the body. Because of the pressure points, Reflexology is sometimes called "pressure therapy".

Reflexology helps to restore energy balance in the body by applying pressure on specific points of the foot. The therapist uses specific, simple, effective pressure point techniques to promote relaxation, health and vitality. Your entire body is brought into a state of balance where all the functions are working together harmoniously, reducing stress, increasing circulation and supporting the body's natural ability to self-heal.
