Products are usually shipped within 1 - 2 Business days.
We bring you the best Shipping rates possible.
- Expedited in Canada
- depending on where you live, out West or on the east coast may take up to 8 business days.
- Express in Canada
- if you live in Ontario, the package usually arrives within 2 business days. To ship to the east coast or west coast it will take a bit longer.
- Expedited to the US
- very reasonable. You'll get your package in 14 - 21 days.
- Express to the US
- costs a few dollars more, but it's still not too expensive. You'll get your package in 4 - 7 Business days.
- International Air Mail
- Usually takes 7 - 10 days.
- We are adding UPS
- The base price starts at $40.
You can shop and pay online in either Canadian or US Dollars.
Of course you can also you call in your order if you don't want to give your Credit Card information on the web. In the salon all orders will be processed in Canadian Dollars. The actual amount billed to your credit card will be converted to your own currency by your Credit Card company or Bank.

Orders over $600.00 have to be called in to be authorized.
We focus on the highest quality cosmetic and skincare products around. We recommend that you read and follow any manufacturer's instructions for use, no matter what product you use.
Gift certificates for services are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for other services of equal value.
Order confirmations are sent immediately after your order has been placed. Please read over it carefully to make sure that all the information is correct.
If there is a problem with your order

Please make sure that all the information you provide to us is correct. If you notice that you made a mistake in the order form, please notify us immediately. Go to the Contact Us page to send us an email to correct the mistake.
If you do not notice an error until after we ship, we will not be responsible for shipping costs if we have to re-send the order.
Please be advised that our beauty and cosmetic products are not refundable and cannot be returned for hygenic reasons.
If a package arrives damaged, please do not accept the package and advise us immediately by calling 905-827-2222 or email us
If you have been given permission to return a product, it has to be returned in the original packaging and without damage to the packaging.
There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
NO product can be returned once it has been opened.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted nor refunded.
You will NOT receive a refund for any shipping costs.
