P.S. Please note, in order for us to service our clients the best we can, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place. If you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will forfeit the use of your gift certificate.
Please understand, not only do we lose money during the time when we had someone scheduled for an appointment who then doesn't show up, but we also lost another client who couldn't get the appointment they would have wanted. We just cannot afford to do business like that.
