What is a seated chair massage?

This massage is done on a client while he/she is sitting in a specially designed very comfortable massage chair. The client remains fully clothed during the massage.

We do not use oils or lotions with this massage technique.

What areas of the body will be massaged?

Seated chair massage focuses on problem areas such as neck, shoulder, back, head and arms. Typically these areas tend to hold overwhelming amount of stress that can lead to headaches, stiffness, poor concentration, aches and pain.

What are the benefits of a chair massage?

This massage is beneficial for anyone at any age. We do not recommend this massage if you have recently had an injury or have an inflammation, cuts, bruises, or a burn on any of the areas to be massaged.

We all benefit from therapeutic massages to help us relax and relieve the stress and tension. Our body is designed to do many things for us, in turn, we need to treat our bodies well and help it to maintain itself. One way of course if to eat well and to give it some down time.
