I hope you are well and had a great January.
I decided to live up to what I preach and start the New Year with some ME-time in the country.
The adventure began with some dogsledding which was simply awesome, the next day was spent downhill skiing. The mini-getaway included a massage and a relaxing day at a beautiful waterspa. Driving home the slower scenic route rather than taking the highway also added some joy. Coming home feeling so refreshed in spirit, soul and body made me truly ready to embrace my busy life with gratitude.

New England Shores
