Oakville's Entrepreneur Of The Year.

What an exciting way to start this new decade. I am thrilled.

Shanette Seipt was voted Best Esthetician
and won the Platinum Award 5 years in a row.

Oakville is a thriving community of almost 135,000 people, located on the shores of Lake Ontario in Canada's heartland. One-quarter of Canada's population live within a 160 km radius of Oakville. The Town of Oakville provides all the advantages of a well-serviced urban centre, yet prides itself on having a small town ambiance.

The Oakville Beaver, our local newpaper, started their famous annual Readers Selection Awards. They got the whole community involved by asking their readers to vote for people, services and businesses they liked best. The categories are endless and the event is now bigger than ever. At the end of it all the selected winners receive their awards. Gold, Platinum or Diamond.

I think everyone can imagine the honour and gratefulness I felt by winning this Award out of the tons of estheticians here in Oakville. There were only 2 winners in total in that category in 2003 and 2004.
